This beautiful, sunny apartment is perfect for kite surfers, close to the well known sunset beach stretch with the most beautiful sunsets. It caters for 4 with a queen size bed and sleeper couch and offers a spacious bathroom with overhead shower and washing machine as well as kitchen and dining area. Sunset beach is a very safe and quite area only 15 mins drive from the Cape Town City Centre. All in all perfect for a wonderful holiday!

The space

This apartment is 350m from the beach facing table mountain which is very well known for its strong winds and perfect kitesurfing conditions from October to April.
The queen size bed and comfy sleeper-couch caters well for 4 adults (or 2 adults and 2 kids). With a spacious kitchen, dining area and bathroom you can rest assured that you will not step on each other's toes. The apartment comes with a beautiful garden and shared pool area and 1 parking bay.

We provide 2 new all terrain Bikes for Rent and a brandnew 42 “ UHDR-Samsung Smart TV - preinstalled with Amazon Prime and Netflix ;)!

The Neighbourhood

Sunset beach is a cute little suburb 15 minutes outside of the City Centre. The beach itself is one of the top three kite surf spots in the world - after New Zealand and Hawaii and offers the most beautiful sunset with view of table mountain. Sunset beach has a little centre with a grocery shop, hair dresser, laundrette and restaurants. A bigger shopping mall is only 5 Minutes away - The Paddocks Shopping Centre. Or you can drive to Canal Walk (3rd largest shopping centre in Africa) within 10 Minutes. The famous V&A Waterfront can be reached in 15 Minutes. It is the ideal holiday location for anyone who is looking for a quiet, safe but central area, close to the beach and other attractions.
